Final Corporate Income Tax Filing

Important: ECI filing is not the same as the final corporate income tax return

Your company’s final corporate income tax return (Form C-S, Form C-S (Lite) or Form C, as applicable) must be prepared and submitted to IRAS by the relevant filing deadline.

The filing deadline is generally 30 November each year. ECI filing is generally due within three months after the end of the financial year, unless an applicable waiver or exemption applies.  (IRAS Ref: Link)
